The Reduce-Reuse-Recycle Directory, commonly referred to as the Recycling Directory, is the premier community-driven source for information about recycling, waste reduction, and other community environmental resources available in the Tucson and Pima County metro area. All phone numbers are in area code (520) unless otherwise noted.
Tucson Clean & Beautiful has published the Recycling Directory since it was first created by a volunteer in 1986. Special thanks to the many volunteers and staff that have updated its 11 published versions over the years, as well as those who have contributed to its paperless form which is now continually updated here online. This guide is supported in part by the City of Tucson and Pima County.
The Recycling Directory is also available as a downloadable/printable booklet for reference, sorted by category and by name of the business/organization (NOTE: print with care - up to 70 pages of paper per printing!).
New entries for the Recycling Directory are always being accepted, free of charge. Business owners, nonprofit organization program coordinators, and government agencies may submit a listing request form. If you are aware of a program that should be listed but are not the owner/coordinator representative, please alert TCB so that we may make contact: call (520) 791-5000 or email recycle@tucsonaz.gov with the location, address, phone number etc.!
Requesting/Updating Listings
- If you would like Tucson Clean & Beautiful to add a listing for your company, organization, program or resource, fill out and return a Listing Request Form. Listings are free of charge, provided and edited at the sole discretion of Tucson Clean & Beautiful. Listed companies are encouraged (but not required) to become Members of Tucson Clean & Beautiful are encouraged, in support of the organization's environmental education efforts. Listed companies also have the option of offering TCB members special discounts. Call (520) 837-6832 for more information.
- If your company, organization, program or resource is already listed in this directory, please submit any information changes via email to recycle@tucsonaz.gov or call (520) 791-5000.
- If you have seen a company, organization or program that you think should be listed, or would like to provide updated information (but it is not your own company or organization), please call (520) 791-5000 or email recycle@tucsonaz.gov to share this information. Tucson Clean & Beautiful will make contact to see if the company or organization is interested in being listed or to confirm any updated information.
The Recycling Directory is for individual reference use only, and may be shared with other individuals, but may not be reproduced for commercial use without the express written consent of Tucson Clean & Beautiful, Inc.
